As a Porter, you will work in a dynamic environment where your role supports the daily operations and guest satisfaction levels. Your primary responsibility is to keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom, inside and out, contributing to a positive and engaging atmosphere. In this role, you'll assist servers and runners with setting up event tables and displays, ensuring that all areas are well-prepared for guests. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in quickly and safely resolving operational issues like pin jams, ball return malfunctions, and other common disruptions during guest play. The duties also extend to performing minor building maintenance tasks to maintain infrastructure integrity and guest safety.
