The position offered is primarily focused on support functions within the dealership, particularly involving the handling and care of vehicles on the lot and assisting customers in various capacities. The role demands a proactive and courteous individual who can provide shuttle services to guests when required, assist customers by answering questions or directing them to the correct personnel, and handle vehicle detailing to showroom standards. This includes washing and detailing customer and service vehicles, ensuring that the lot is kept neat, orderly, and operational in line with dealership standards. Responsibilities also extend to picking up and delivering parts and vehicles, maintaining accurate vehicle inventory, and performing light janitorial duties such as snow and debris removal from driveways and sidewalks.

In addition to these duties, the role supports the service department by tagging customer keys and vehicles and conducting basic vehicle start-up checks to monitor gas levels twice weekly. The ideal candidate would have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable with maintaining an organized, safe, and clean environment for both employees and customers. A valid driver's license is essential, as the role involves vehicle movement, shuttle service, and occasional delivery tasks.
