We are currently seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team as a Porter. This role is fundamental in maintaining our properties by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in office spaces, models, common areas, and vacant apartments. The Porter position involves a variety of duties aimed at keeping residential communities clean and safe. This includes assisting with make-ready units, supporting maintenance work orders, painting, and other light maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and flexibility to handle diverse responsibilities, from sweeping floors to replacing light bulbs and maintaining outdoor grounds.
