With scheduled work hours of 40 per week, this role reports directly to the property management team and encompasses a blend of custodial and maintenance responsibilities. As a Porter at AvalonBay, you will be entrusted with the upkeep of common areas, grounds, amenities, and outdoor spaces—ensuring each environment exudes cleanliness and pride.
