With a commitment to providing excellent living experiences, PeakMade Real Estate has established a reputation as a forward-thinking, collaborative, and purposeful organization dedicated to creating exceptional communities for residents across the nation. Our corporate culture embraces diversity and fosters an inclusive environment where people matter most, reflecting our core values in every aspect of our operations. As an equal employment opportunity employer, we prioritize fairness and equity in hiring, promoting a workplace where all employees can thrive.
The Resident Services Technician role at PeakMade Real Estate focuses on ensuring resident satisfaction by maintaining property units in a clean, safe, and presentable condition. This position is vital in upholding the quality standards of our residential communities and contributes directly to the residents' overall experience. The successful candidate will take responsibility for preparing vacant units for occupancy, maintaining cleanliness in leasing offices and common areas, managing inventory and supplies, and responding promptly and courteously to resident and management requests. Adherence to Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) standards and company safety policies is essential for this role, ensuring both personal safety and the safety of all community members.
This full-time position offers an hourly pay range of $16 to $18, with final compensation based on experience, skills, and internal equity. PeakMade Real Estate recognizes the importance of work-life balance and promotes employee well-being through various programs and perks. Employees will benefit from paid parental leave, including a year’s supply of diapers, a generous paid time off (PTO) policy with additional wellbeing days, and participation in wellness initiatives such as team competitions and rewards through Peak's LiveWell program. Retirements are supported with a 401(k) match, and employees are encouraged to engage in company-supported Employee Resource Groups, enhancing both professional and personal development.
In this role, physical demands include frequent lifting of up to 75 pounds, bending, stooping, and the safe use of cleaning tools and maintenance equipment, all critical to performing essential maintenance tasks such as installing air conditioning units. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read simple words and numbers and communicate effectively using basic spoken sentences. PeakMade Real Estate fosters a mindset among its team that includes valuing people most, doing the right thing, creating memorable moments, taking ownership, and continuously evolving. By joining our team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment that values your efforts and contributions as we collectively work to build outstanding communities.
