The Porter role at Asset Living is essential to the smooth and efficient maintenance of the community properties managed by the company. The position involves performing a range of maintenance tasks, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic activities under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This role is vital in ensuring that properties are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing, which is crucial for resident satisfaction and the company’s operational goals. Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, repair work, inspections, and supporting the make-ready process for rental units.

This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, certifications, and training.
