We are currently seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team. This role is fundamental to the smooth functioning of our banquet and public service areas. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public and work areas during events and between services, ensuring all areas adhere to cleanliness standards and are prepared for use. The role involves completing the final breakdown after functions, which includes cleaning rooms, properly organizing and returning equipment, and performing closing duties such as securing items and locking doors. The Porter also supports other departments by assisting with tasks that enhance the overall guest experience. A key part of this position includes managing linen logistics, such as transporting dirty linens, separating napkins from tablecloths, and restocking linens to maintain appropriate inventory levels. This full-time role demands attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Porter plays a vital role in creating an inviting and professional atmosphere, which reflects directly on the quality of service provided to our guests.
