EPM is currently seeking a highly experienced Porter to join the team at one of its elegant apartment communities. As a Porter, you will play a critical role in upholding the aesthetic and functional standards of the community grounds and common areas. Beyond just tasks and chores, the position requires a service-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on resident interaction and satisfaction.

In the Porter position, your responsibilities will include completing maintenance and janitorial projects accurately and promptly, ensuring hallways and grounds remain pristine, and staying alert to any potential safety hazards that need immediate attention. Your ability to use maintenance skills combined with your genuine care for resident concerns will distinguish your performance.
