Job Duties
- Safely move customer vehicles to and from service lanes, technician work bays, and parking areas
- Park and organize vehicles in designated areas to maintain an orderly lot
- Deliver vehicles to customers after service is complete
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival
- Assist customers in locating their vehicles upon pick-up
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance as directed by service advisors or management
- Perform light cleaning of vehicles, including washing exterior and vacuuming interior when necessary
- Inspect vehicles for damage before and after service and report any issues to management immediately
- Keep service drive, shop, and customer waiting areas clean and free of hazards
- Empty trash, maintain shop cleanliness, and ensure proper placement of tools and equipment
- Assist with service department deliveries, errands, and parts transportation as requested
