We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle and Lot Attendant to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our dealership's daily functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for shuttling guests or customers within the dealership premises or to nearby locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation. Additionally, they will assist customers by answering queries and directing them to the appropriate personnel, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities include washing and detailing customer and service vehicles to showroom quality, picking up and delivering parts and vehicles as needed, and maintaining accurate vehicle inventory records. The candidate will also ensure that the vehicle lot is kept neat and orderly by moving units according to dealership display standards and performing light janitorial duties such as cleaning driveways, sidewalks, and removing snow and debris as necessary. Supporting the service department by tagging customer keys and vehicles, starting vehicles, and checking gas levels twice weekly is also part of the role. Furthermore, the role requires maintaining the organization of customer vehicles in the service lot to facilitate smooth operations and enhance the dealership’s appearance.
