The company is currently seeking a part-time Porter to join the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience at their Biergarten. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the core restaurant team, contributing directly to the safe and efficient kitchen operations. The position pays $15.00 per hour and includes shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays, providing versatile scheduling options to accommodate various lifestyles.

As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment. Your responsibilities will involve receiving food inventory and properly storing it in designated areas such as dry storage, walk-in coolers, and freezers. You will assist in organizing storage spaces to ensure easy access and efficiency. Job shadowing line cooks offers an invaluable learning experience, allowing you to gain firsthand knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation. Handling dishwashing duties includes sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, glasses, pots, pans, tableware, and cooking utensils, then placing them in the dishwasher and organizing clean dishes appropriately.

Additional responsibilities include waste management by taking out all trash from receptacles and maintaining a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace at all times. Flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are key traits for success in this role. The Porter may also perform duties as directed by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, providing support across various kitchen tasks.   • previous dishwashing experience preferred

Job Duties
