Waterfront Apartments, a 235-unit community managed by Morgan Properties, is currently seeking a Porter to join their team. This hands-on role is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining a welcoming, clean environment and contributing to a vibrant community atmosphere. As a Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the property's appearance remains attractive and resident-ready at all times. This role requires availability for weather-related and property emergencies and the ability to operate a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in cleaning, groundskeeping, or maintenance is helpful but not mandatory, as Morgan Properties is willing to provide training to candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Job Duties
- Keep the community grounds clean, attractive, and resident-ready
- prepare apartments for new move-ins
- remove trash and maintain common areas, sidewalks, and amenity spaces
- assist with landscaping, light maintenance tasks, and make-ready support
- help maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
- support the team wherever needed to ensure an exceptional resident experience
