The role of Cleaner at Topgolf is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the venue, which includes all public and staff areas such as restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that guests have a safe, sanitary, and enjoyable experience by upholding the venue’s health and safety standards. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and physical stamina to perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash receptacles in a timely manner. In addition, Cleaners are responsible for supporting inventory management by monitoring cleaning supplies and coordinating reordering when necessary. Reporting maintenance and safety concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel is also a key function in this role. The Cleaner position is a frontline role that supports a safe and welcoming environment, aligning with Topgolf's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue including restrooms dining areas and kitchen spaces
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Sweep mop and vacuum floors and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when reordering is necessary
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
