The Porter role at Asset Living is a vital position responsible for maintaining the high standards of community upkeep and ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance activities. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, the Porter carries out routine, preventative, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance tasks in alignment with the property's operational objectives. The position demands attention to detail and a proactive approach to community maintenance, including the make-ready preparation of units.

As a Porter, the individual will oversee day-to-day cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance duties encompassing grounds, buildings, breezeways, and various common areas. Timely response to resident and management requests forms a crucial part of the role, alongside a vigilant inspection routine to identify and rectify hazardous conditions that could affect property safety and liability. The Porter contributes to preventative maintenance programs aimed at extending the community's longevity and minimizing costly repairs.
