The role of Customer Service Attendant at TravelCenters of America is integral to sustaining the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that customers expect. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or facility maintenance preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures

Job Duties

  • Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
  • Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide guests with a clean, sanitary environment
  • Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures
  • Alert to and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and guests
  • Take corrective action when necessary
  • Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
  • Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
