The Customer Service Attendant role at TravelCenters of America is a vital position within the store team, responsible for ensuring that the travel centers uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Daily duties involve cleaning various areas of the travel center, safely operating cleaning equipment, and following safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both customers and employees. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in custodial or customer service roles preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Clean all areas of the facility as directed

  • know quantities and types of cleaning supplies for each assignment
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
