The Groundskeeper role at ZRS is a vital position responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the property to ensure a safe, clean, and attractive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role requires a dedicated individual who is attentive to detail, customer-service oriented, and highly organized, with a strong commitment to maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of the property. As a Groundskeeper, you will be tasked with various hands-on responsibilities aimed at preserving the appearance and operation of the community's buildings and outdoor spaces.

Day-to-day duties involve maintaining buildings, ensuring breezeways are free of trash and cobwebs, and managing debris through sweeping or blowing. The Groundskeeper will also handle replacing light bulbs across common areas and buildings to maintain proper lighting and safety. Regular property inspections and pressure washing of buildings are key tasks to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards. Moreover, preparing units to be market-ready, cleaning common areas, model units, and amenities, and managing the compactor area to be free of debris are essential components of the role.
