The company is known for its comprehensive approach, combining vehicle sales, customization, and after-sale service to meet the diverse needs of its customers. With a commitment to excellent customer service and innovation, MobilityWorks continues to set standards in accessibility and mobility support across numerous locations.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Auto Mechanic to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide variety of vehicles, including specialized wheelchair-accessible vans and other adapted vehicles designed for mobility solutions. As an Auto Mechanic at MobilityWorks, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and safety of our vehicle fleet, ensuring that every vehicle meets showroom standards and functions reliably for our customers. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a structured work schedule suited for work-life balance.
The position of Porter within the service area is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness, preparation, and organization of vehicles. This includes washing, detailing, and preparing vehicles for delivery, which upholds the company’s reputation for presenting vehicles in pristine condition. Additionally, the Porter is essential in lot maintenance and helping with driving duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the service department. The role also involves assisting customers directly by shuttling and answering inquiries, thereby enhancing the customer experience and supporting the dealership’s commitment to excellent service.
Those interested in joining MobilityWorks should possess excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role demands reliability, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining vehicle inventory and lot standards. Physical demands of the job include lifting up to 50 pounds and performing various physical activities typical in a service environment. Candidates are expected to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check, as well as a pre-employment drug screening, ensuring that MobilityWorks maintains a safe and trustworthy work environment.
Joining MobilityWorks means becoming part of a team that values diversity, dedication, and the drive to make a difference in people’s lives through accessible transportation. We offer a positive workplace where your skills will be challenged and your contributions recognized. If you have a passion for vehicles and excellent customer service, this opportunity provides a meaningful and rewarding career path within a respected organization.
