In this role, the Porter ensures that common areas, grounds, and facilities are clean, orderly, and welcoming to residents, guests, and vendors. This position is integral to creating a positive community atmosphere through meticulous upkeep and attention to detail. Duties include maintaining cleanliness of walkways, shared spaces, and entryways, organizing dumpster areas, and performing seasonal upkeep such as snow and ice removal. Additionally, the Porter is expected to uphold safety standards, respond promptly to management requests regarding cleanliness, and assist with light maintenance tasks. This full-time position offers a compensation package that features discretionary annual bonuses, monthly commissions related to property performance, a monthly cell phone stipend, and an auto allowance.
