Known for its strategic insight and access to property investment opportunities, Brinkman focuses on balancing purpose with profit to acquire and activate properties that enhance comfort for tenants while maximizing predictability and returns for investors. Their investment portfolio is impressively diverse, spanning multi-family residences, mixed-use developments, office spaces, hospitality venues, and retail properties. The company is widely recognized within the industry, having earned multiple prestigious awards including NAIOP Deal of the Year Finalist, NAIOP Innovative Project of the Year Finalist, Governor's Award for Downtown Excellence, Colorado Companies to Watch, and induction into the Colorado State University Real Estate Hall of Fame. Have Fun Doing It." These values permeate every facet of their operations, from hiring and property management to community engagement and tenant relations, upholding the highest standard of accountability and integrity.
Brinkman is currently seeking a dedicated Porter to join their team on a full-time basis, with a competitive base salary ranging from $20.50 to $22.00 per hour. The role focuses on maintaining their residential and commercial properties to the highest standards, ensuring buildings and surrounding grounds remain safe, clean, and inviting. This position blends hands-on, physical work with organizational skills and customer service aptitudes. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping, hotel, or multifamily maintenance environments and possess the motivation and attention to detail required to excel in this role. As a Porter at Brinkman, you will be responsible for meticulous upkeep of property grounds, amenities, building exteriors, common areas, and restrooms. The role involves collaborating closely with maintenance and property management teams, assisting with maintenance tasks, cleaning commercial tenant spaces between occupancies, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
This position demands a proactive mindset and the ability to use various manual and power tools such as leaf blowers, trimmers, shears, and pressure washers. Customer service excellence is paramount since the Porter supports tenant satisfaction by embodying Brinkman's mission and core values through daily interactions. The role is based in Fort Collins with travel to Loveland and occasionally other areas in northern Colorado, highlighting the need for a reliable driver with a clean record.
Brinkman offers a comprehensive Total Rewards Strategy featuring competitive compensation combined with medical, dental, and vision insurance, tax-advantaged health savings accounts, long-term disability, and ancillary insurance. Financial benefits include a 401(k) plan with a 2% company match. Additionally, employees enjoy generous paid time off, paid parental leave, volunteer time off, and participation in community impact programs. The company values its employees’ well-being and strives to create a positive, engaging work environment that supports both personal and professional growth. Overall, Brinkman is an excellent employer for those looking to build a career in property maintenance with a company that values quality, accountability, and community impact.
