The current opportunity is for a full-time Porter position based at the Delta SEA location at 17801 International Boulevard, Seatac, WA. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house in a busy foodservice environment. The Porter will ensure that tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations are clean and well-maintained throughout service hours. Open availability is preferred for this position, with weekend work required, supporting the dynamic needs of a high-volume service area. The Porter is a critical contributor to the overall guest experience, responsible for keeping the service area inviting and hygienic. Duties include bussing and clearing tables, sweeping floors, washing dishes manually or with dishwashing equipment, and cleaning cooking stations and display equipment. The individual will also be tasked with safely transporting deliveries from the dock to storage areas, following all safety and sanitation standards strictly, including adherence to HACCP protocols.
