The group strives to uphold a high standard of service by focusing on meeting and exceeding every customer's expectations on an individual basis. This approach has garnered Bean Automotive Group a solid reputation, fostering long-term customer relationships and industry recognition.
As part of its ongoing expansion and commitment to superior service, Bean Automotive Group is currently seeking to fill the role of a Porter. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within their service departments by supporting the seamless flow of vehicles in and out of the facilities. The position is critical as it interacts directly with the overall customer experience by managing vehicles carefully from the time they arrive for servicing until they are returned to the customers. The ideal Porter will have excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward ensuring that vehicles are handled securely and efficiently.
The Porter at Bean Automotive Group is responsible primarily for the transportation of vehicles from the service drive to the service shop or parking lot, ensuring that all vehicles are properly parked and stored. The role includes vehicle washing, maintaining a clean and orderly service environment, and safely securing vehicles during adverse weather conditions such as hurricanes. Additionally, Porters are expected to adhere to safety and security protocols by locking vehicles and correctly tagging all keys. This job offers a great entry point for individuals looking to grow within the automotive service industry, supported by a team-focused work culture and extensive training programs.
Bean Automotive Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that ranks among the best in the automotive industry. Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, a robust 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, paid health and life insurance, and many other employee-centric benefits designed to promote personal and professional growth. The work environment is designed for those who are motivated to deliver outstanding customer service and thrive in a dynamic automotive services setting. Working with Bean Automotive Group means becoming part of a dedicated team that values integrity, respect, and innovation in the pursuit of excellence.
