The position of Porter/Groundskeeper is a vital role within HRIM, responsible for ensuring the cleaning and appearance of community models and vacant readied units. This position directly affects the impressions of current and prospective residents by maintaining clean, inviting public access areas and apartment units. Duties include thorough cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and preparing apartments after move-outs. Additionally, the role involves monitoring cleaning supply inventories, managing trash and debris removal around the property, and supporting maintenance and other staff as needed. This role demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and the capacity to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
