The Customer Service Attendant role at TA is essential in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and customer safety. As a key member of the store team, you will ensure that every visitor finds a clean, sanitary environment that supports a pleasant experience, reinforcing our goal to return every traveler to the road better than they came. This position is full-time and offers a competitive hourly wage starting between $16.00 and $17.00, with pay varying based on experience and responsibilities. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and security policies
- Willingness to wear and use protective equipment as required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment
- Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures
- Alert to and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and guests
- Take corrective action when necessary
- Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
- Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
