We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Mechanic to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various vehicle types, focusing on those adapted for accessibility needs. This role demands technical expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for working with automotive systems to maintain and enhance the mobility options available to our customers. In addition to mechanical tasks, the role requires maintaining a clean and organized service area and ensuring vehicles are properly prepared for delivery. This position offers a rewarding environment for those interested in combining technical automotive skills with a customer-focused approach to mobility solutions. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, supporting a balanced work-life integration. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Excellent customer service skills and experience
Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working independently with minimal supervision
Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background check
Pre-employment drug screening

Job Duties

Shuttling guests or customers if necessary
Assisting customers with questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel
Washing and detailing all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality
Picking up or delivering parts and vehicles as needed
Maintaining vehicle inventory
Keeping the vehicle lot neat and orderly in accordance with dealership display standards
Performing light janitorial duties, including cleaning driveways and sidewalks and removing snow and debris
Assisting the service department by tagging customer keys and vehicles
Starting vehicles and checking gas levels twice a week
Organizing customer vehicles in the service lot
