The Porter / Restaurant Maintenance Technician role at Culver's of Port Saint Lucie is a vital position that supports the daily operations of the restaurant by ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in maintenance or custodial role preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinates job duties around other opening team members to help ensure efficient preparation for opening
  • Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly, according to the equipment maintenance calendar
  • Provides superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant
  • Maintains the appearance of the building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
  • Puts food order away, rotates stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage area
  • Monitors shelf life and code dates
  • Maintains a working knowledge of the operation of restaurant equipment
  • Cleans grills, fryers, kitchen floors, equipment, coolers, freezers, bathrooms, parking lot, patio, power washes as needed
  • Reports possible areas of incomplete closing to opening manager
  • Completes other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager on duty
