Their daily responsibilities include maintaining floors and carpets throughout the community, promptly removing major trash, and ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and ready for use. The position also requires participation in in-service training and education sessions to maintain compliance with community standards and enhance job performance.

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
