The role is for a lot attendant and shuttle driver who will play a crucial part in the daily operations of the dealership. The person in this position will be responsible for shuttling guests or customers when required, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for visitors. This individual will also assist customers by answering questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel, enhancing the overall customer interaction with the dealership.

A significant part of the job includes washing and detailing customer and service vehicles to showroom quality. This responsibility ensures that all vehicles appear clean, polished, and ready for sale or service pickup, thereby reflecting well on the dealership's professional image. The attendant will also manage vehicle inventory and handle picking up or delivering parts and vehicles as needed.

Maintaining the vehicle lot is another essential duty. The lot attendant will keep the lot neat and orderly by moving vehicles as directed and adhering to display standards to ensure an attractive and safe environment. This role also involves light janitorial duties such as cleaning driveways and sidewalks, including snow and debris removal to maintain safety and curb appeal.

Supporting the service department is part of the job responsibilities, which includes tagging customer keys and vehicles, starting vehicles regularly, and checking gas levels to ensure vehicles are ready for customer use. Organizational skills are critical for maintaining the customer vehicles in the service lot properly. This position demands reliability, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining the dealership's high standards in all aspects of the work.
