The Scion Group is currently seeking a Porter to join their maintenance team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the outdoor areas of the residential properties under their care. The Porter is responsible for various landscaping duties such as lawn care, planting bed maintenance, snow and ice removal, as well as trash removal from common areas. The role requires a physically active individual who is dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across property grounds and facilities. Additionally, this role supports the maintenance team by assisting with general upkeep tasks as needed, always prioritizing professionalism and resident satisfaction.

This is an immediate hire opportunity in the United States, and the company emphasizes a welcoming stance toward all eligible candidates who can work legally within the country. However, visa sponsorship is not available. The position is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), allowing for eligibility for overtime pay when applicable.
