This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can shuttle guests, assist customers with inquiries, and support the service staff with vehicle-related tasks. Cleaning and detailing vehicles to showroom standards, handling transportation logistics such as parts delivery, and performing light janitorial duties are core to the daily routine. This role also involves safely moving vehicles to match dealership display standards and organizing the service lot to facilitate efficient operations. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service abilities are essential. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license to operate vehicles safely and reliably. Job Duties

  • Shuttling guests or customers if necessary
  • Assisting customers with questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Washing and detailing of all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality
  • Picking up or delivering parts and vehicles as needed
  • Maintaining vehicle inventory
  • Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
  • Performing light janitorial duties such as cleaning driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
  • Assisting service department with tagging customer keys and vehicles
  • Starting vehicles and checking gas levels twice a week
  • Maintaining organization of customer vehicles in service lot
