Porters at SpaceX are expected to uphold the highest standards of safety and sanitation, contributing to the overall quality and security of the restaurant environment. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks including lifting weights up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Employment as a porter at SpaceX is an opportunity to be part of a leading-edge company that not only promises a career in a transformative industry but also supports its workforce with competitive compensation and a robust benefits package. The position offers a tiered pay scale depending on experience and skill level, ranging from $21.50 to $25 per hour. Benefits include comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) retirement plans, disability and life insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation time, paid holidays, as well as various employee discounts and stock purchase plans. The work schedule may include all shifts with potential overtime and weekend duties, emphasizing the role’s flexibility and importance within the team.

SpaceX is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, operating recruitment processes rooted in merit and qualifications without regard to race, gender identity, age, veteran status, or disability, among other protected statuses.
