Job Requirements
- Ability to safely perform essential job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and relevant regulations
- Physical capability to occasionally lift and carry up to 70 lbs, frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in manual dexterity including repetitive motions and fine motor skills
- Good balance and agility to maintain equilibrium on various surfaces
- Visual acuity with clarity of vision at both close and distant range

Job Duties
- Safely load and unload items from delivery trucks and trailers
- Sort and organize incoming donations including furniture, clothing, and electronics
- Operate and maintain trash compactor equipment effectively
- Manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment of backroom supplies such as hangers, racks, and carts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor to promote safety
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of production staff to support workflow
- Communicate with team members and adhere to all safety protocols
