The role of the lot attendant is integral to the smooth operation of the dealership's daily activities. This employment opportunity involves supporting various departments, including sales and service, by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle lot and assisting customers and staff as needed. The lot attendant serves as the first point of contact for guests arriving at the facility, providing shuttle services when necessary, and guiding them to the appropriate personnel for assistance. This position not only enhances the customer experience but also ensures that all vehicles are presented in showroom condition through diligent washing, detailing, and lot maintenance. The attendant is also responsible for logistical tasks such as picking up or delivering parts and vehicles, keeping accurate vehicle inventory, and supporting the service department with key and vehicle management. The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform light janitorial duties to uphold the dealership's visual standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a valid driver’s license, as they will be driving vehicles around the lot and potentially transporting customers.
