Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Physical fitness to perform outdoor cleaning duties
- Willingness to work part-time hours
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- While experience is advantageous, we’re open to motivated individuals willing to learn
- Reliability, attention to detail, good judgment, and physical fitness
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and background check
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Obtain a valid and current medical physical clearance certificate
Job Duties
- Picking up litter and debris from building entrances, sidewalks, parking lots, and other public areas
- Emptying site receptacles, replacing bag, and ensuring proper disposal of trash into dumpsters at the back of buildings
- Independently servicing a planned route, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Performing outdoor work, walking, and ensuring effective cleaning
- Operating company vehicle(s) to customer sites
- Safely navigating assigned routes, reporting incidents, and maintaining equipment
- Adhering to safety protocols, wearing appropriate gear, and using mobile apps for record-keeping
- Participating in trainings, meetings, and yard support services
