Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous custodial, housekeeping, or porter experience is an asset
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- ability to follow safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in all assigned areas including lobbies, hallways, offices, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
- sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
- dust surfaces and clean windows
- transport trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas
- set up and break down rooms or spaces for meetings, events, or special functions as needed
- assist with moving furniture, equipment, and deliveries throughout the facility
- perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, reporting leaks, or other facility issues to management
- replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as necessary
- support team members and other departments with facility-related needs
- follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
