The role available at the Ontario venue falls under Venue Operations, focusing on maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience within the facility. As a Venue Cleaning Crew Member at Topgolf Ontario, you will be responsible for a range of cleaning and maintenance tasks to support the smooth operation of the venue. This includes cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces to ensure they meet health and safety standards. You will also be tasked with emptying trash receptacles, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as performing routine maintenance duties to address minor issues proactively. Inventory management is another key aspect of the role, requiring you to assist in monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying management when stock replenishment is needed.
This position contributes directly to the overall positive guest experience by helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Adherence to health and safety guidelines and regulations is essential, ensuring compliance throughout the venue. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
- basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties
- previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize various areas of the venue including restrooms dining areas and kitchen spaces
- empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- sweep mop and vacuum floors and perform routine maintenance tasks
- assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when reordering is necessary
- report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
- support the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests
- adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
