The position involves assisting with daily porter tasks, responding to maintenance-related issues, and performing general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, window and glass repair, door and lock repair, painting, and exterior building repairs. The role requires ensuring the accuracy of work order systems and confirming that all orders are completed in a timely manner to meet company standards and tenant satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling maintenance requests quickly, efficiently, and effectively, with an emphasis on completing tasks within 24 hours, and communicating promptly with property managers regarding maintenance issues.
