The Porter position is essential for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our property. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on maintaining common areas, parking lots, and grounds in pristine condition. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and be motivated to contribute to a well-maintained environment. Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, hallways, restrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, emptying trash receptacles, and ensuring exterior walkways and parking areas are free of debris. Additionally, the Porter may be called upon to assist with light maintenance tasks, helping the maintenance team as needed. This role requires excellent time management skills and the physical ability to carry out labor-intensive duties, such as lifting heavy objects. The position offers an opportunity to work in a stable environment in El Paso with a focus on teamwork and community service.
