Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- basic computer skills
- knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
- understanding of OSHA requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting over 100 pounds
- availability for on-call emergency shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- valid ability to operate motor vehicles or golf carts
- willingness to follow safety standards and company policies

- experience in maintenance or related duties preferred

Job Duties
- Assist in community maintenance activities
- attend work on-site daily
- clean and remove trash from grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas
- respond promptly to resident and management requests and work orders
- complete repairs and replacements for grounds, buildings, and common areas
- inspect property daily to identify and address hazardous conditions
- support preventative maintenance programs
- follow Asset Living key policies and safety standards
- maintain a stocked and organized maintenance shop
- assist in hazard communication and promote safe work practices
- participate in unit inspections
- report violations of community rules
- use property resources economically
- perform additional tasks as requested
- participate in on-call emergency response
- provide excellent customer service
- monitor service request responsiveness
- project a positive community image
- ensure consistent resident interactions
- enforce delegated property policies
