Job Requirements
- Education and/or experience equivalent to completion of high school diploma
- current valid drivers license
- ability to work full-time including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- physical ability to perform maintenance duties
- reliable and punctual
- positive attitude towards working with senior residents
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of maintenance tasks
- ability to follow safety protocols
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Assist with set-up and clean-up for special functions
- empty trash and recycle bins
- deliver mail and packages to residents, sisters, and employees
- ensure all areas remain neat and free of litter
- perform trash-out duties at vacated apartments, removing abandoned furniture and trash
- perform routine maintenance on property efficiently
- respond to the maintenance needs of Mary's Woods promptly
