Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Less than 1 year of relevant prior experience
- Dependability including following instructions and responding to management direction
- Ability to take responsibility for own actions
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute positively

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean offices, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- Wet- or dry-mop floors, shampoo rugs, wash walls and glass, remove rubbish, pressure wash, remove gum and graffiti
- Make minor repairs including painting and carpentry, replenish bathroom supplies, landscaping and snow removal
- Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Replace light bulbs
- Transport small equipment or tools between departments
- Set up tables and chairs in auditoriums, meeting rooms, or halls
