Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or event support preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving furniture
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions accurately
  • commitment to professionalism and teamwork
  • willingness to perform additional tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hospitality, event setup, or similar roles preferred
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • physical ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
  • attention to cleanliness and detail
  • familiarity with safety and maintenance protocols

Job Duties

  • Report to your work area on time and in uniform
  • locate and gather all necessary items to perform the tasks ahead such as radio with earpiece and BEO packet
  • carry out specific instructions given by your supervisor, manager, or crew leader
  • move and set up equipment such as tables, chairs, risers ensuring safety of members, guests, employees and protection of Club property
  • set function rooms per the BEO, Change Sheet, or verbal request ensuring proper table placement and alignment and correct number and placement of chairs
  • properly store and maintain equipment
  • ensure cleanliness of function rooms and equipment from ceiling to floor including vacuuming carpets before and after each function
  • clean baseboards and window sills
  • ensure drapes and sheers look neat and pulled back
  • ensure all light bulbs are working
  • ensure wall sconces are clean and in working order
  • clean and maintain all credenzas and furniture
  • wipe, polish, and maintain chairs
  • wipe down walls, doors, switches, and outlets
  • report any damaged or dirty areas to a manager or supervisor immediately
  • keep hallways, corridors, pre-function areas, and storage areas clean and orderly daily
  • perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors and managers
  • ensure all functions are completely set on time, two hours before start
  • keep all storerooms clean and organized
  • use a proactive approach by setting function rooms ahead of time using equipment and fixtures from immediate areas before pulling from storage
