This role is for a Customer Service Attendant at one of TA's busy travel centers. The Customer Service Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and pleasant atmosphere of the facility, which directly impacts the customer experience. The travel centers offer a wide range of products including grab-and-go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, clothing, and gifts, making the Customer Service Attendant’s role key to providing a welcoming and sanitary environment for customers. The position offers an hourly wage of $16.00, reflecting the importance of this role within the team.
In this role, the Customer Service Attendant will engage in cleaning and maintaining all areas of the travel center according to company standards while adhering to safety and security protocols. They are expected to be vigilant in reporting unsafe conditions and using protective equipment correctly. The position also involves knowledge and proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, bend, crouch, crawl and climb occasionally
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Awareness of safety and security procedures

- Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment
- Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures
- alert to and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and guests
- take corrective action when necessary
- Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
- Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
