Bridge Property Management is a well-established property management company dedicated to creating and maintaining residential communities that truly feel like home. With a strong focus on inclusivity, environmental responsibility, and employee growth, Bridge Property Management stands out as an employer that values its team members and provides opportunities for career advancement. Committed to sustainability and the well-being of its residents and staff, the company fosters a supportive, respectful workplace where diversity is celebrated and all employees can thrive.

As a Groundskeeper at Bridge Property Management, you will have an essential role in shaping the outdoor experience of the community. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain pristine outdoor environments that contribute to the overall aesthetic and safety of the property—from meticulously manicured lawns and vibrant landscaping to sparkling pool areas and well-kept common spaces. Your hands-on work helps provide a welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors, and staff alike, making every corner of the property inviting and comfortable. This role requires a passion for working outdoors, physical stamina, and an eye for detail in order to deliver excellence in grounds care throughout every season.

The Groundskeeper position also involves assisting with general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting, minor repairs, and preparing vacant apartments for new residents by ensuring all outdoor aspects are correctly maintained and safe. Since the safety of residents and compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and local laws are priorities at Bridge Property Management, you will be expected to follow strict safety protocols and contribute to a secure environment. Additionally, you will have opportunities for growth through hands-on training and professional development, with potential advancement to Maintenance Technician roles for motivated team members.

This is a full-time opportunity for those who enjoy physical activity and outdoor work. Bridge Property Management offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident insurance, short-term disability, pet insurance, life insurance, a robust 401K plan with company matching, paid time off, holidays, and paid parental leave. Tuition reimbursement is also available for employees seeking to advance their education and career.

Working at Bridge means being part of a team that values teamwork, dependability, and strong communication skills to uphold the company's standards of excellence. If you are eager to work outside, take pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces, and want to grow within a supportive company culture, apply for the Groundskeeper role and join a company that is dedicated to your success and well-being.
