This opportunity is for a Venue Operations role located at the Topgolf site in Edison, focused on maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the venue to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. As a key member of the operations team, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of adhering to stringent health and safety standards while performing various cleaning and maintenance duties across different areas of the facility. Working in this position offers a salary range between $16.50 and $20.00 per hour. The role is essential to supporting the venue’s smooth functioning and guest satisfaction by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The role primarily involves cleaning and sanitizing multiple areas including restrooms, dining spaces, and kitchen zones, ensuring proper waste disposal, and maintaining floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, this position contributes by monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and prompting reorders as necessary to avoid any shortages that might disrupt maintenance protocols. Reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly to the relevant personnel is crucial to preventing hazards or operational interruptions. This position plays an integral part in creating a safe and inviting atmosphere by supporting compliance with health and safety policies and fostering teamwork within the venue operations group.

Candidates suited for this role should demonstrate physical stamina and attention to detail, bringing experience or aptitude in performing efficient and thorough cleaning duties. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, along with an understanding of health and safety regulations, is advantageous. Previous experience in a similar venue operations or custodial role is preferred but not mandatory, as Topgolf also values a strong willingness to learn and contribute positively to the team environment.
