Doggett is a reputable company specializing in automotive services with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. As an established business, Doggett has earned recognition for its dedication to maintaining high standards in vehicle maintenance and repair. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive and efficient work environment where employees are encouraged to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success. Doggett operates with a clear vision to provide excellent automotive care through skilled professionals and well-coordinated service processes.

The Porter role at Doggett is a critical position focused on maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop and assisting the service department to ensure smooth operational workflows. While a Class B CDL license is considered a plus, it is not mandatory, allowing candidates without CDL qualifications to be considered as well. The Porter must be adept at driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles and capable of performing test drives when necessary. This role suits individuals with prior warehouse or shop experience, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative attitude who are looking for a hands-on job within an automotive service setting.

Working as a Porter at Doggett offers a dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role demands responsibility, reliability, and a proactive approach to completing essential duties efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing vehicle logistics, supporting service technicians, and ensuring that the facility is always ready to meet customer needs. Doggett values employees who demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, reflecting its commitment to being an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer where diversity and inclusion are foundational principles.
