The role of the Porter at Asset Living is integral to maintaining the high standards of community upkeep and resident satisfaction. The Porter assists in executing the maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance tasks essential to the overall operational goals of the property. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, the Porter plays a key role in the make-ready process, ensuring that community features remain attractive, safe, and functional.
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $23, dependent on the candidate’s skills, experience, and certifications.
