Job Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade, technical, or vocational training
- Some related experience is helpful
- equivalent practical experience is welcome
- Ability to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs, ladders, and step stools
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to operate standard office and cleaning equipment as needed
- Willingness to follow company safety policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of the safe use of cleaning agents and equipment
- Ability to follow directions, manage tasks independently, and complete work on time
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Willingness to follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Prior experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings is helpful but not required

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain property common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, restrooms, offices, and model units on a defined schedule
- Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for marketing, showings, and occupancy
- Ensure business offices and shared spaces are clean, organized, and professional in appearance
- Maintain the overall exterior appearance of the property including sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, dumpster enclosures, exterior hallways, and public spaces
- Perform routine trash and debris removal throughout the community
- Support seasonal upkeep including snow removal and basic landscaping tasks as needed
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or maintenance staff
- Assist with inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Support maintenance and operations teams with additional tasks as assigned
- Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning agents, tools, and equipment
- Address resident questions or concerns in a friendly, professional manner
- Maintain a high standard of customer service while working in resident-facing areas
