- valid driver's license and good driving record
- ability to lift and move vehicles safely
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- pass background check and drug screening
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow safety protocols

- move vehicles as needed within the dealership
- keep the showroom and display lots neat and orderly
- assist in maintaining the appearance of the dealership grounds
- support daily dealership operations by ensuring vehicle availability
- follow safety and operational guidelines while handling vehicles
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- participate in training and development activities
