The Porter role at Asset Living is an integral part of the property maintenance team, tasked with ensuring the community is well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. The position involves a variety of maintenance responsibilities, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, all performed under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Porters play a key part in the make-ready process for vacant units and common areas, ensuring properties are in prime condition to meet operational standards.

This full-time position offers an hourly wage range of $20 to $21, reflecting a competitive compensation package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, 401K with employer matching, performance bonuses, paid sick days, and company holidays. The Porter role is physically demanding, requiring regular movement across the property, operation of equipment, and the ability to lift significant weight.
